Update August 22

RUMELY PRODUCTS COLLECTION EXPO. 2011 was the featured tractor this year in Oakley, Michigan.
And with Walt Ritenburg the GRAND MARSHALL at the Mackinac Bridge Crossing, this club has a lot on their plate.

This years show was 4 days instead of the usual 3.

We want to thank the organizers of this years event for a great time. Yes, it did get a little windy (70+ mph) and wet (3" in 20 min), but all in all it was a good show. Some of the Rumely tractors were strutting around looking better than new and as if to say, "Where's the next field", "I'm ready to roll". Sure it's a lot of work setting up and taking down our parts tent at Oakley, but we are always glad to see the folks who take time from their busy lives to stop by and say "Hi". This year the topic wasn't just parts, it was the Mackinac Bridge Crossing and the new toy semi-truck/trailer combo with the bridge on the side.
This truck will be available by Curt at the St. Ignace side of the bridge at the Showing Area Bowl at Kewadin Shores Casino.
In case you have never been to the MMOGTA show here is a tidbit of information. Be prepared to spend the whole day because there is a lot to see. The steam barns, petting barn, tractor pulls going on most of the time, band late at night, camping, pancake breakfast, flea market area, veneer mill and shingle demonstrations, Open class transfer sleds, chicken barbeque, bingo, raffle, steel wheel tractor pull 4-H pioneer crafts demo., and a whole lot more. So plan on it next year. You'll be glad you came.
